Remoulade Sauce

This is one of my favorite side sauces.  I pair it with crab cakes, salmon cakes, fried green tomatoes, etc.  Just the right amount of spice so as not to overwhelm.

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. Franks brand hot sauce

2 tsp. whole grain mustard

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tsp. capers

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Blend all ingredients together until well incorporated.  Chill until needed.
